Refund Policy

Credits are a digital product delivered instantly to your account. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are added.
When we will refund
- You were charged but the credits were not added to your account.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using credits you paid for.
In these cases we refund the affected amount to your original payment method. Free trial credits have no cash value and are never refundable.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We aim to respond within a few business days.
